Project files and submitted media may be deleted after a project is completed unless continued storage, backup, hosting, revision access, or archival service has been agreed upon.  WE DO NOT STORE PASSWORDS belonging to clients.

Customers should maintain their own permanent passwords, copies of purchased digital products and completed project files.

RCMedia Services uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no website, server, email system, payment platform, file-transfer method, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should use caution when sending sensitive information electronically.
