Our process is a four step process and is entirely hand done in high resolution.  Something that AI is not yet capable of.  The result is a high resolution image suitable for hanging on your wall.   Fundraiser events can be handled a number of ways.  RCMedia supplies the Images in digital format, downloadable by your agency.   You handle all funds.  RCMedia takes 25% of the earnings, but not to exceed $100.  We do this as fundraisers and so we feel that the majority of those funds need to go towards the cause you are earning money for.  We do charge additional for locations more than 50 miles from Somerset mainly to cover expenses.

Any entity that does any kind of outreach activity qualifies for this arrangement.    A fair price for each shoot (bike) is $50, however if your organization wishes to charge less for whatever reason, that's entirely up to your organization.  And this fee covers the shoot, the post production work and delivery as a high resolution image file.   We can shoot two images (front and rear three quarter angle of the vehicle) rather than just a front shot if the customer requires, and your agency gets to decide what, if anything, to charge additionally.   And then you can if you wish sell them the print as well for an additional earnings.  A decent image can be created at the local Walmart for 3 or 4 dollars an 8x10 and you can sell them at $10 or $12 if you choose.  Photographers typically only offer prints at a set cost, and then the "digital master negative" for $99.  However your agency has the freedom to set this up any way you choose.

HOW IT WORKS LOGISTICALLY:

You choose the location and make the arrangements.  I need a plain background without a lot of detail.   The best would be against a solid color, but this is most often not possible.  But any none complex background will do.  Set a date with enough time to permit marketing and signups.  We HOPE to get a minimum of ten signups, but it takes us about five, max ten minutes per bike.  You can either set this up by appt times (important if you have more than 10 people interested), or work it first come first served...  whatever works for your group.

Depending on how many bikes show up, it will take me between a few days to a few weeks to get all images processed.  Again, this is a mostly manual process, all done at high resolution.  The detail in our images is head-turning.  These images print up on about anything amazingly well, not just photo enlargements.  Local motorcycle businesses can show up with their prettiest bike and use the image for a postcard or other marketing piece.  They own the image and can do whatever they wish with it.

We will have you use your 50/50 tickets and use the number on the ticket to track the image.   After they pay you, you give them ONE of the tickets and put the matching ticket in with your record of the client so you know which file goes to which customer.   I'll have the filenames numbered to match the ticket, perhaps with their last name for good measure.

And finally, I'll have a sheet of legal sized paper and a big black magic marker.  You'll write their ticket number on the paper large enough for the camera to read it, and the first shot is the bike with the "slate" paper, so I can match the bike with the correct customer 😉  The other side of the slate paper will you customers name and contact information.  I'll have those printed up here, and bring them with me the day of the shoot.
