I purchased this companies starting package to test them out.   Their payment as said to be 33 dollars quarterly for about 300, 5 second videos as can be seen in their package offering below.   When I discovered that my credits had vanished after about 30 video's I contacted them.  How does 4.5K (thousand) credits diminish to 370 credits with less than 30 generated videos?

This was a week ago roughly.   I have sent them messages 3 or 4 times and even attempted to reach them over FaceBook.   No response.

I would therefore like to request a chargeback ....   due to "not as advertised"
